Cancel Subscription

This guide will walk you through the process of canceling your subscription to our service. We offer two methods to ensure you can always manage your subscription easily.

Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription directly from your account:

  1. Navigate to the Console

  2. Access Your Account Settings

    • Look for your avatar/profile picture in the upper right corner of the page
    • Click on your avatar to open the account menu
  3. Go to Billing

    • From the dropdown menu, click on “Billing”
    • This will take you to your subscription management page
  4. Cancel Your Subscription

    • On the billing page, you’ll find options to manage your subscription
    • Look for a “Cancel Subscription” or similar button
    • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

Method 2: Cancel Through Payment Processor (Alternative)

If you’re unable to access the billing section through your account dashboard, you can cancel directly through our payment processor:

  1. Access Lemon Squeezy

  2. Log In

    • Use the same email address associated with your subscription
    • If you don’t remember your login details, use the password reset option
  3. Manage Your Subscription

    • Once logged in, you’ll see your active subscriptions
    • Find your subscription to our service
    • Use the cancellation options provided in the portal

Important Notes

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you’ll continue to have access until then
  • No refunds for partial periods - you’ll retain access for the time you’ve already paid for
  • Reactivation - you can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind
